Shipping
JKRNet does not deliver to PO Boxes unless your product is prepaid via wire transfer, money order or western union. All orders will always ship with signature required for any delivery. We normally try to ship orders placed before 1:30pm EST that same day, Otherwise it will be shipped next business day. This excludes national holidays and weekends. Any order placed on a weekend or national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.
APO and MPO orders

International Shipping
International orders paid with credit card MUST ship to credit cards billing address, no exceptions. International orders take longer to process and verify. The shipping charge is based the weight of the package. Additional insurance may be purchased as well. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Normal delivery time for EMS will be 3 to 5 business days. Please note that most packages shipped via Global Express Mail arrive in your country within 2 to 3 business days. Many times the delay in receiving the package lies with your local customs service which can take longer to release your package. JKRNet has no control over them or their agents. It is impossible for us to predict how long the release by customs will take. We suggest you exercise patience and allow sufficient time for customs clearance. JKRNet cannot ship products with invoices that are not real. This is an illegal practice and cannot be done. JKRNet is also not responsible for taxes due by purchaser when item is received in your Country.
Delivery Times
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by JKRNet or other parties only as an estimate. USPS issues confirmation numbers. These are not tracking numbers. All they tell you is that USPS has your package and will proceed to deliver it. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Out-of-Stock Products
Altough we strive to keep adequate inventory levels of the goods we sell, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will not be automatically backordered unless you inform us otherwise. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

JKRNet.com has chosen FedEx and UPS because we have found that the service and reliability is worth the difference in price.
